BEST location hands down in Baton Rouge and wouldn’t doubt the state. I’m a die hard lover for Starbucks and I’ve been to several locations. After moving to the area this is my GO TO. Staff is amazing, sweet, and professional. I refuse to go anywhere else. Don’t get me started on the drinks. They’re AMAZING. They are lucky to have the best barista “Bella” in America. You I was from out of town. And I came here 3 days in a row, before work. I went through the drive-thru all 3 days. 2 of the days I ordered my coffee pulled around to the window. The young lady did not know what I had ordered because she was doing multiple things at one time. I understood that she was busy but if you're working the window. Then work the window. She had too much on her plate so I think this location should hire more staff or train them more
Great people that work at this store. Starbucks prices are off the hook. $9.00 latte. That's it never again. F^^k these prices!
The employees are very nice. I’ve given them 3 tries and the same girl makes the matcha every time and it’s horrible every time. I’ve even had them remake it and it’s just awful. I get it at every location in Baton Rouge and I drink one every day but it’s consistently bad at this location only. Please, someone teach the brunette with shoulder length hair how to make a matcha! It’s too expensive to keep getting if it’s gross.
