Who is “Nick”? What an amazing person at Starbucks- Nocatee location!!! He was so nice explaining the diference the amount of milk in different drinks/coffees that I didn't know. It made my way to Starbucks more nice. Great addition to that location when u make your order. He should get a raise! Rose as well!
Amazing service! Jake always makes me feel welcome and has such a positive attitude- he makes this location a great spot to study and I always look forward to stopping by
I had a large order (10 drinks) that I wrote out on a piece of paper and was more than happy to sit and wait for them to fill. The person working the order immediately had an attitude about it and made several comments. I sat down and was waiting for 2 more orders when one of the staff members came over and said the order was done and I could go. Worst Starbucks in America!! My actual rating is negative 5 stars.My family ordered drinks without whip, but upon arriving at the window, the drinks included whip. I politely requested the drinks be made without whip, and the team didn't remake them. Instead, they removed the whip with their hands and a napkin. When I asked why the drinks weren't remade, the team stated they were too busy. We requested our money back, and things escalated. The lady with glasses started yelling at us.
