Most disappointing Starbucks experience!!!! 2 employees, 2:30 and 1 young fellow in kine. Neither employee said word one but one was sweeping the floor then went behind counter to heat something then a swered the phone. The young fellows Mom came in and asked her son if he ordered....he said no one addressed him...we waited another few minutes then they just left....I said in a loud voice can I please place an order...the one on the phone said yes and kept talking. This is one of the best Starbucks. It's quaint, neat, clean (including bathrooms) and they have excellent customer service. Its become my go to on my way into the city. Keep up the good work Kevin McClean (store manager) and staff! Marcy M
Friendly service, fast drinks
Unfortunately, the drinks are hit or miss. I am assuming it's because of how busy it gets and, but every once in a while, I show up when it's not busy at all and my drinks still taste way off.
