Barista here gave false information about their merch despite waiting 2 hours outside early before they opened, ended up leaving and not getting the cups. Also made it seem like they knew they had the merch but were hiding it somewhere “in a cabinet” and false information was given on release date that they were not selling these items even though it was the release date. Normally I love this starbucks location. But this experience today was awful. Normally I come earlier and it is good and everyone is nice. But today I came later and my drink was made wrong. Barista Shantall was very rude to me, she was sassy, made a snarky remark when I politely told her it was supposed to be iced instead of hot, then she laughed in my face.
