So while I understand that this is a fault of my own, ordering within, like, an hour to 30 minutes before close. For some reason the chai lattes me, my partner, and her mother are always off. We get hot venti chai lattes with 9 total pumps of chai and no water. They either forget the sweetener, keep the water, or not enough chai.
