The absolute worst service… close this shit down if you’re going to have one person who doesn’t care working here.
We stopped by Target to pick up a few items and decided to grab a Caramel Macchiato at Starbucks. Emilio provided outstanding service, he was friendly, welcoming, and made our visit even better. He also took the time to tell us about the new Starbucks drinks, which we really appreciated. His customer service was a perfect 10/10!
Please train all the new girls in the Starbucks area, all the coffees and frappes they have been making the past 3 months have been terrible
The worst Starbucks I've visited makes horrible unflavored drinks and it had never happened to me in another and the people who serve super unfriendly and unpleasant change the staff and put people more willing to work
