My husband and I LOVE this Starbucks store! Baristas are always so nice to us and our dog Rigby. They already know what we love to order! Rigby gets his pup cup every time, and can recognize the store from afar because Starbucks whipped cream is his favorite. Thank you team at Alameda & Federal for serving this great bicultural community.
Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 drinks, took 30 minutes for the drinks to be ready. The lady making my drinks was extremely unprofessional, not sure what her name was since she didn’t have a name tag. She had a very clear piercing on the bridge of her nose. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked nicely to fix something wrong with my drink.
Great place for early morning coffee
One of the quickest drive-thrus I've seen! Their baristas are on it!
