I always have a great experience at this store. If I don't have time to stop at a cafe this is my go-to store. Gabriel, Amber and Bella are always so nice and friendly. They even remember my order when I pull up.
Friendly, but only outdoor seating
Today I went to what I would like to call my store but I was incredible let down by the service I received. What a shock. Won’t be back telling my all friends… asked to speak to the manager to which they replied I am the manager… my name is on the wall. I do not support any person in power being condescending to their patrons.
Terrible service 😑
Amber, understand people have way too many choices for coffee these days. If you’re reading this, this is your sign to support small businesses. They treat their customers with respect and professionalism. This Starbucks does not do that. I will never be back to this store or any other Starbucks for that matter. I strongly urge you to do the same.
