I placed an order on the app and didn't notice the app had changed the address to a different store than this one, which is my regular location. They were kind enough to make my drink here which saved me 30 miles driving to the location on the app. Very much appreciated especially since they didn't have to do that. The drinks are delicious and clearly the people that work here are very kind. The place is clean and the AC is amazing while you wait for or enjoy your drink. Thank you!!
The Starbucks team on Ballentyne in El Cajon, CA are rockstars! The store was super busy today around 5pm but the 4 team members worked in sync to make sure everyone got their orders. Great efficiency and great team work. Vincent, Sarah, Lilly and Zee
After establishing my favorite stuff was unavailable at the moment, Z and Vincent pivoted to ensure I left satisfied and happy. Apologetic, sincere, and showed empathy and grace. Store #1937 has a warmth, and these two provided the spark. Great job!
This place must’ve cut their phone line because everytime I call it states…”this user is currently busy” without fail. Fix your damn phone.
