Got it. I’ll correct that part so it reflects what actually happened: Terrible service from beginning to end. I came in on 9/11 and ordered around 9:45 AM. When I was placing my order, I asked for the chicken jalapeño bacon bake, but the man at the register kept thinking I meant the chicken bacon bake. I had to explain multiple times which one I was trying to order. I also ordered an Americano and a pup cup for my tiny 5-pound dog. This is a location my husband frequently visits when he is working down in the area and always places a mobile order. I was on the phone with him this morning as he went through the drive thru to pickup his order and I was blown away how rude the two employees working were! From the moment he pulled up to the ordering kiosk to say he placed a mobile order, to pulling up to the window to get it, I could hear their attitude through the car bluetooth!
