Disappointing service, not at all up to Starbucks standards. ☹️🤨☮️
Giving a massive 5 stars to Kylee and the other team members on site for bearing with me and my party today. We were sitting in and asked for several different requests and we were accommodated very kindly! Thanks again to the team there
It was a sad experience today! I witnessed for the first time an older lady (Starbucks worker) arguing with a customer at the drive thru window! The staff looked very disorganized and the same older lady seemed very overwhelmed telling the other girls what to do in a not so polite manner!
Very disappointed and upset, this is not the first time Starbucks fills up the cup with ice, took about 4 sips and the drink was gone, this is ridiculous, why must one asks for light on the ice, its common sense to not fill it with ice to the top!!
