Dear Starbucks, Please keep this Lavender all year round- it needs to be a staple now!! Best drink ever!! Still the best drink ever!!
I was very disappointed with the service today. I only asked politely for a cup of water, but the staff refused without any explanation or courtesy. I understand store policies, but basic kindness and customer service should still apply. This experience left a very bad impression.
