This is the 3rd time I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with “OAT MILK LIGHT WHIP” and received a regular caramel ribbon crunch 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I will need to start checking bc now I can’t go anything with this drink
There is a staff member by the name of Jake, who is the epitome of customer service. Jake's customer service is what "Customer Service" was originally intended to be! Whatever Jake's official title is, I recommend he have an additional one - Customer Service Ambassador!!! Let me use a rating scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best/highest, to rate Jake's customer service: 25!!!!!!!!! I would be negligent if I gave a rating of anything less.
