There is a staff member by the name of Jake, who is the epitome of customer service. Jake's customer service is what "Customer Service" was originally intended to be! Whatever Jake's official title is, I recommend he have an additional one - Customer Service Ambassador!!! Let me use a rating scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best/highest, to rate Jake's customer service: 25!!!!!!!!! I would be negligent if I gave a rating of anything less. I had a wonderful experiencing going to this location for a few years now. I had a very positive experience with the atmosphere, food quality, and the service provided. The associates we had were always very friendly, professional, and effective with the orders. I much appreciated the great service provided at this location, and will recommend this Starbucks location.
