There’s this one African-American female has a lot of piercings. She has a very bad attitude, snatched my money out my hand just was having an attitude with the other people that work there you only need to get rid of her.
My last 3 visits to this location in this past month has been great, first I get to know about those amazing bites egg/gouda/bacon, can't explain how good they are.Second this new crew is great, attentive, on point with orders, third not sure if i just been lucky or what but this crew is super sweet, and i have been different hours so seems persistent the sense that a change had happen here.
Today 3.30pm I waited around 20 minutes before reaching the staff to order. There is only 1 staff there, and there is only another customer behind me, meaning that its not crowded there, but the staff told me that he cannot make my customized drink, said that he can only make simple drink. I understand that the staff has the right to do so, but it better if he can put the note, sign or something to tell people about that so we dont have to WASTE TIME to wait.
