I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks thanks to a young lady who truly went above and beyond. I was in a rush to catch a van and didn’t have time to spare, but she managed to provide change for my van tip and whip up my drink in under 90 seconds, seriously impressive! The interaction was so fast and efficient that I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service, speed, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I am so impressed with this starbucks, I had to actually give it a review!! I’m a mural artist from NC who does contract work around the country. When I go out of town, I get starbucks. Typically the ones where I live suck, just awful. But this one is different. I have never felt more welcome at this one!! Everyone there is kind, thoughtful, hardworking, great sense of humor, and never once served a bad coffee!!! I highly recommend this starbucks to anyone looking for coffee in the downtown area of Denver!! Roundhouse!!! 🫶
Employee taking orders did not understand my order. I wanted a decaf American with added hot water so it was not as strong. He looked at me like I was stupid and said it had hot water. I explained that the Americano was too strong and to add more hot water. Again, he looked at me like I was stupid. I tried to explain again and he just didn't understand.
