They never give napkins in the drive thru with food orders. Should not need to ask for napkins, utensils, etc. It's your job.
8:16 am…Sunday Morning. Staff of 5 . 3 people not doing a thing but standing there. 1 Barista and he could use some assistance. I have come here 8 days out of the 12 I have been home. ITS aweful. 7.20 for my drink. Money is never an issue when the service expectations are standard. But here it’s subpar at best. IM NOT SURE IF IM TALKING FAST OR THERE LISTENING SLOW. But there is some break in communication. Turn down the music or OPEN YOUR EARS..
Been by so many Starbucks in the tri state this is the Most friendly
The place is disgusting. And Astrid, worse barista I've dealt with im years. Find another place to get your coffee.
Drive thru with no drive thru. Handwritten signs to to go around and park.
