You guys need to do better with following directions. I asked for a grande beverage with LIGHT ICE- and what you delivered was a $6 cup of ice and two gulps of a drink. This has happened multiple times, but today, I had about enough in getting ripped off. The picture with the label speaks for itself. Where's the manager?
Inconsistant. Don’t understand how you can mess up something so many times. Other than being disappointed 50% of the time, the other 50% is good. UPDATE: Went again to give them another shot. Surprise surprise it was disappointing. My percentages may start to change… ☹️
Staff is friendly and always gets me exactly what I ask for !! Ty again to all the staff for excellent service !
