I don't know if it was the morning breakfast crowd but the person behind the counter was reluctant to give me an additional plastic fork because I had one in my hand. By the time the croissant was ready my coffee was cold.
I had a mixed experience at this café. Unfortunately, the service at the counter was disappointing. The barista seemed distracted and wasn’t paying close attention to my order. I had to repeat my name four times, likely because the music inside was extremely loud, yet my order was still called out incorrectly. SUPRISING. i walked into the store and was hoping to get a refreshment before work until i saw what seemed to be a manager lock eyes with me and immediatley turns away. It seemed like he didnt want to give me any service. During the transaction, I was treated like I had an illness. I guess some things dont change.
On this busy Monday morning, I accidentally set my mobile order to One Financial Center instead of One International Place (happens to us all, right?). The crew quickly realized my order wasn't in their queue, explained I ordered to One Financial by mistake, and in less than 5 mins got me my order so I wouldn't have to walk all the way to Financial and back. Thank you, Jay and Team, for amazing service and delicious coffee!
