Was told today that they were closing the store for good and that they were out of everything on the menu except for drip coffee. But no indication on the outside of the store that they were going out of business. Still had signs up for the seasonal drinks and everything. This store is known for randomly closing hours early so there is a chance the employee lied so they could close early. Truly the worst starbucks in Denver and the absolute worst starbucks I've ever been to.
this is genuinely the worst starbucks in denver. the other day i was in the drive thru with 3 other people, and the drive thru barista REFUSED to give us more than two drinks at a time. we had to go thru the drive thru AGAIN to get the other two drinks. ridiculous. i love starbucks and their drinks, but this place needs to get a grip on themselves because genuinely the customer service is terrible. they are always unhappy to do their jobs. if you are craving starbucks and think about coming here, i would highly encourage you... read more
They always mess something up! I understand we all make mistakes here and there but 9/10 times my order is incorrect or missing items. This morning i got the oatmeal and was so excited for it because i never am in the mood - they forgot all the side ingredients and a spoon 😭 plain oatmeal. also while waiting at pickup window, three or four employees were just standing around talking while the pickup order lady was making drinks. This has got to be the worst Starbucks ever. They are always out of whatever you want to order. They have been out of chai everytime we have tried to go there the last few months and then are rude when you are disappointed. We are completely giving up on this location.
