Mrs. Chas is always so helpful with explaining products to me. Her team aswell is always so friendly and the attentiveness and cleanliness of the store is always on point.
I always come in before work to get a matcha latte. Nikolai and Amie are always smiling and so friendly. I always get my drink very quickly even when they are extremely busy. Definitely best service of any Starbucks ive been to.
Exceptional service. And everyone knows your name there.
