The staffs here are so friendly!
We had the best drive-thru experience thanks to Chasity! She was so sweet and personable, especially with my two kids in the back seat. She made them feel like they were getting real “grown-up” coffees and explained how to order something fun and kid-friendly. She had them roll down the window so she could talk directly to them, made them laugh, and made the whole moment feel special. The sweetest, kindest staff here! Totally new to CStat, I thought I ordered pickup at this location - turns out of course I didn’t. They could have easily sent me off on my way but… the manager on duty (without me having to ask for help) took charge and cancelled my order and transferred it to this location. The staff here is a huge asset and every one of the young people here was so kind and empathetic!
