Hi this is a decent Starbucks and the employees are very nice. I had a great experience my first time here after I placed an order on the Starbucks app. I received all of my food and drinks and everything was going well and then I was waiting for the last drink on my order a Venti Iced Matcha and what I was given horrified me it was the clumpiest matcha I had ever seen. This is the best-run and managed Starbucks in the world, and I've been to my fair share of them! The second I walked in the door, Carla was getting my drink ready. Every time I've visited here--no exceptions--I've received genuine service with a smile from someone who is incredibly well trained, thoughtful, and goes the extra mile.
