I have been coming to this Starbucks for years . However I placed a mobile order and came in to pick it up . I went and grabbed both of my items . The young lady Vonnie saw I did . I asked for the sauce that came with my sandwich . She proceeded to ask me “ did I purchase a packet of sauce”. The sauce is approximately.26 ounces and she asked me did I purchase the sauce . More then half my drink was foam. There should be more coaching on what is expected for drinks to look like because i paid over $7 for this. I get matcha gets clumpy because of the new recipe, but im a partner myself and this could have been easily prevented. I did not have time to ask for a remake or call back so this makes it more frustrating.
If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. It’s absurd how understaffed and overworked the people are here. I recently moved into the area so this has become my go - to Starbucks and the last 3 days their has been a woman with short hair ( who honestly is the only reason I come back) who is so kind but my heart breaks for her because all the other workers seem to be little to no help. Really relaxed vibe with the kindest baristas. The chai latte I had was somehow a step above all other Starbucks chai lattes I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this specific Starbucks!
