Never a disappointment . Love my local SB! And if you havent tried the pumpkin cream cold brew you really should. So good! I love when they give it to me when its all separated. Nothing more satisfying than being able to mix it yourself. Haha 😄 so beautious.
I’m writing this review after several frustrating experiences at this location. I want to be clear that my intention isn’t to attack anyone personally, but to bring attention to an ongoing customer service issue that has happened multiple times. Over the past three or four visits, my daughter and I have ordered drinks that were consistently made incorrectly. For example, my daughter regularly orders a venti drink with extra strawberry scoops, which we pay for, but repeatedly receives only a couple of strawberries in the drin... read more
This place is much better than it was 4 or 5 months ago. Good work!
At first it was ok someone greeted me as I came in. Asked a cashier a question politely about wait time. She gave me a horrible not friendly attitude and said “would I know? Go ask someone down there.” She rolled her eyes and walked away, even though there was a line behind me still. I just left without putting in an order cause I couldn’t believe how she treated a customer. Probably won’t come back to this store again sadly.
