Multiple time I've ordered from here, and every single time, the drinks taste AWFUL 😖 Like they completely forgot the sweetener. Last time, I ordered a Matcha and it was LUMPY and SOUR

Store Manager kicked my door dash partner out just for using the restroom. Implying that picking up an order through door dash isn’t sufficient enough to consider yourself a customer. She was nasty with him and expected him to use a restroom with a completely different company. That was clear on the other side of the parking lot. My morning started out kinda rough. I walked into this location trying to contain my tears but was unable too. The young lady who served me was very kind she made me feel seen discreetly beyond my tears and I truly appreciate it and wish I could have caught her name but I couldn’t see through my tears. So to the short brunette lady, thank you so much for caring. I appreciate you!
