Update: I tried this location again. I placed a mobile order of 2 drinks and a muffin. The entire order took them more than 30 minutes to fill. The drinks sat there getting cold because they couldn't hand me a muffin. I asked, and they told me I had to wait because the entire order wasn't ready. This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. They simply aren't motivated to get drinks made. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but others in our conference had a similar experience.
I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location. I was in town for 7 days during a software conference and had zero issues getting quality coffees and ice tea at this location. Admittedly, every order was through the app but none of the wait times via the app exceeded 7 minutes and my item was always ready at the end of the counter when I arrived. Good! I could see how this would get really backed up though when it's busy, especially during a big conference. They could use more staff. It's definitely tucked away back behind the escalator. The coffee also was more pricy than a typical starbucks.
On Monday, I ordered a tall iced coconut milk latte for $7.65. What I received was essentially a cup of cold coconut milk with a whisper of espresso. Order was reading within 10 seconds. No freshly brewed espresso or steamed milk. No receipt was provided at the time of purchase. I contacted customer service with a photo, assuming it would be an easy fix.
