On Monday, I ordered a tall iced coconut milk latte for $7.65. What I received was essentially a cup of cold coconut milk with a whisper of espresso. Order was reading within 10 seconds. No freshly brewed espresso or steamed milk. No receipt was provided at the time of purchase. I contacted customer service with a photo, assuming it would be an easy fix. Brianna and Rebecca are simply incredible! We only stayed 3 days but they went above And beyond every time and really made my 5 year old (Parker) feel special. Brianna even was kind enough to give him a boston plush lobsta 🦞when he came to say goodbye on his last day.
