I waited almost 20 minutes for a venti lemonade.
Im a dog owner but I never bring him to food establishments and if I did I wouldn't put him on the counter where people retrieve their to go drinks or the conseccion stand. Not to mention I ordered online and they never made my drink I had to ask times where is my drink until they guy from the drive thru left the window to make it. Thanks for poor service.
I visited Starbucks with my husband and had a noticeably inconsistent experience. He ordered in person, and I placed a mobile order. We ordered the exact same drink, the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha, but the drinks turned out very different. Although I didn’t take a photo, the difference was obvious.
