Only come here if you can afford to be late. This store has no sense of urgency, nor a reasonable wait time. Guaranteed 7-10 minute wait for drive through. You can order to pick up in store and still need to wait for either your order to be finished or at least 3 to 5 minutes to flag down a person to get the status of your order. A little crowded, but still nice atmosphere.
I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks location today. The word “culo” was written on my cup instead of my name. This is inappropriate and unprofessional, especially since the term is offensive in certain languages. I visit Starbucks expecting a respectful and welcoming environment. I hope management addresses this with staff to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and cultural sensitivity. I’m sharing this feedback so the issue can be taken seriously and prevented in the future
I preordered and still waited 15 mins not a problem but my croissant was cold. My coffees weren’t even filled to the top. I’ve been ordering this for months and never has it looked that way. This was my first time at this location and no thank you I won’t be back. And it’s freezing in there. But it’s a beautiful location
