This is not a high quality restaurant. My soup spoon was dirty and the miso soup was luke warm when served. When we got our sushi it was like amatuers made it- rice undercooked, luke warm once again ( gross!), was very small for the price, and was sloppily put together. Sushi Hayashi on SW 104 and Penn next to Panera Bread is my favorite- high quality food and resonable priced.
I have been wanting to try "In the Raw" for some time. I have to say I was disappointed with the service. While the atmosphere and decor are nice, it fails to make up for the quality of the food or service. My miso soup was at best lukewarm and not hot. Raw mushroom slices were floating on top as a garnish - while this is a nice touch - supposedly the hot miso soup should cook the mushrooms by the time it reaches your table. I was very excited to try out the new sushi place in bricktown and was sorely disappointed! Don't let the cute decor fool you, it makes up for the lack of friendliness and ability of the staff. The wait staff was so unfriendly we actually entertained ourselves with a 'find a smile' search. We couldn't find a single one on any of the staff.
