I've been coming to the Starbucks since they replaced Sonic fast food Drive-In. Generally always a good experience. Nothing is perfect and some coffee days are better than others. I have noticed over the past several weeks when receiving my order that there is something that was not fulfilled. Not a big deal until today. I pulled up to the window to get my coffee, I saw that it was partially incorrect. I asked the associate to take note of the sticker on the cup that stated what was missing. Ordered a large ice coffee and received a cup of ice with a splash of coffee. It's a bit excessive. Oh well.
The absolute nicest people work here. I will go out of my way to stop here next time I’m in the area. Really made my day.
