First, let me explain the 1 star when the other stuff is rated higher. There was nothing wrong with my beverage, the woman I spoke was super nice and she seemed great at her job. But... I can understand why Starbucks Corporation is not doing well. It is very expensive and the food is mediocre compared to what it was when they started. They were successful because they were an upscale specialty coffeehouse. Now they are a one of the mills fast food place to grab an expensive cup of coffee. Starbucks used to be my favorite place, now it disappoints me every time I stop there …which are fewer and fewer times. The amount of ice they put in my coffee is ridiculous. I made 4 sips and the drink was gone.
