Paid extra for extra shot of lavender yet my coffee tastes like a mocha. I get the same order everyday but for some reason the people here do not know how to make drinks correctly.
First time at this location. Ordered an iced mango matcha.. then I realized there was like 1 ice cube and No mango foam, but it also looks like someone was already drinking this one or just sitting there for a long time suucksss. I couldn't go back to change it, or else I would have. So oh well..
I went to this starbucks for the first time in forever and an employee wrote “you suck” on my drink. That is very upsetting considering the lady i talked to got upset just because I asked for extra syrup in my drink. I contacted customer service, but I just wanted the manager to be aware of this .
