Wherever we travel, Starbucks has consistently amazing coffee and food/snacks! We go out of our way to find a Starbucks in every town we’re in!
I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this Starbucks. I explained to the staff that I have a medical condition and urgently needed to use the restroom. I even told them I intended to return immediately afterward to place my order. Despite this, I was denied access. What concerns me even more is that this did not feel like an isolated incident. Your employee Cameron is a terrible human being. I walked in there on a 95° day. It was the second time I’ve been in that Starbucks, as I got an açai strawberry refresher about two hours earlier. I also got a quad espresso, a pup cup, and an açai refresher at another location earlier today. What can I say… I go to Starbucks 2 to 3 times a day every day. After getting off a red eye flight from vegas stopped in to have breakfast while I wait for a transmission shop to open to turn around and drive 13 hours back to Nevada...
