very bad customer service, wasn’t acknowledged when we walked in, had to wait over 10 minutes just to order, then waited more to get told they didn’t have what I ordered.
I went to the Forestville location to get a venti dark roast. I was told by the barista their coffee machines weren't working and that I couldn't get a pour-over. I was was in disbelief that I was in Starbucks and couldn't get coffee.
