Unprofessional customer service rubbish
Employee gave me a lecture about not doing my drive thru pick up order 2 minutes before i got in line. Not sure if there was a glitch on their end but the app told me to pick up my drink in 6-9 minutes and i got there in 8 minutes not 2. So i thought this was fine and was surprised at the lecture and attitude. When i explained at the window the other coworker said they have 8-12 minutes to make orders (despite the pick up time the app gave me).
