Very disappointed and upset. I ordered a "sugar free " ice caramel protein latte and received a regular. Due to medical reasons I have to have sugar free so not only was this a major problem because I was given a regular drink but also a waste of money. This is not okay.
This is the worst Starbucks by far I have been to. The service is horrible. Barista's refuses to make drinks. That Starbucks opens at 5am. I went there around 5:25am. I was told that it will take 10 minutes to prepare my drink. I asked why he said that the machines had to warm up..
The customer service I receive from Robin is the reason why I come back, she greets me by name EVERYTIME I enter the store and I love that & she knows my order perfectly!!! Thanks Robin 😊
