Service sucks , the cashier is so rude if they don’t want to work then they should just cut there hours .
I used to go to the Starbucks near my job, but I recently stopped because if I’m paying around $7 for a drink, I expect the experience to be pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff there just weren’t very friendly. My husband suggested I try a standalone Starbucks instead, saying the experience would likely be much better. As you can see, I was supposed to get 3/4 inch of milk (extra SPLASH of milk), but I got a cup full of milk. Completely ruined the drink and I did not have time to ask for it to be remade. This has been a common occurrence at this location for years. I only come here when I’m in a rush, hoping that they’ll get it right, because it’s closest to where I live. Unfortunately have to travel to Capitol Heights to get a good drink from Starbucks.
HORRIBLE, This location is really bad, the sandwich is always burnt, and the drinks are never made right, it's like no one cares about their jobs anymore sad!!! And I'm sure if those people go to an establishment and order food and they get this treatment they wanna complain when they do the same. Please take the time to make people food properly. We work hard for our money to not purchase stuff and have to throw it in the TRASH!!!!!!!
Visited this location a purchase . The lady didn’t ask me if I wanted to use my reward points to purchase the item she just added the points to my purchase. I’m very disappointed in the service
