Updating my 5 star review from 3 years ago to provide an updated customer service experience. I typically spend money at this location at least 2-3 times a week. The last three times I have been there the experience has made me want to frequent another location because the drive through attendant has not been very hospitable. Today I drove up and there was a thunderstorm so I couldn't role my window down due to the hard rain so I waited until I pulled up to the attendant to let them know I couldn't make my order at the speak... read more
This location has really gone downhill. Staff not as friendly, very slow and I'm paying for mostly milk, can't even taste my coffee. And they forget parts of orders, try giving wrong coffee. I've given multiple chances and it's always like this. I think I'll be finding a different place to get a latte.
Where did the blonde manager lady with the tattoos go? And the young guy with the curly brown hair who always used to say, "What can I get for ya?"... They were really great and knew how to hustle. It's still a nice spot, though, friendly fun people, and of course they make the drinks right.
