staff always seems bothered to have to deal with customers, never makes any of our drinks correctly (despite ordering very simple drinks with few or no modifications), and consistently forget parts of our order, to which we have to remind them of what we ordered. very convenient location, but staff makes it not worth it to go. i recommend going a little out of your way for actual quality service and beverages.
You cannot allow your customers to block an entire lane on Galapagos and W 14th during morning rush hour because you can’t keep up at your drive through window. It’s both dangerous and illegal. Just waiting to see the accident Starbucks is going to create.
Worst customer service every time
