As someone that worked for starbucks for 3 years prior, this location is disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff is always rude and the drinks are made incorrectly most of the time:( Line is always very long and incredibly slow. If you ask for a beverage with light ice, be prepared to be charged more for the beverage to be filled to the top which is not standard at any other location. The guy in a beanie should not be working customer service. I’ve come to this Starbucks so many times and he always messes up and is just straight up rude. I only have this problem with him all the other employees are great.
The employee so so rude young man working at Black Friday evening please if you spend many go around the corner next to the Sam’s club if the owner checks the cameras he will see how he treats the customers.
Sylvia, Lia, and Anastasia are amazing. Their cx service is amazing! They really make the experience a great one!
