The guy in a beanie should not be working customer service. I’ve come to this Starbucks so many times and he always messes up and is just straight up rude. I only have this problem with him all the other employees are great.
The employee so so rude young man working at Black Friday evening please if you spend many go around the corner next to the Sam’s club if the owner checks the cameras he will see how he treats the customers.
Sylvia, Lia, and Anastasia are amazing. Their cx service is amazing! They really make the experience a great one!
