The two blonde girls, I’m assuming high schoolers, who were working today got our order of a white hot chocolate wrong. Three blonde, I’m assuming highschool girls were running the store. First they were all standing around talking with some of the other target workers. Felt like I was interrupting just to get a drink and that’s exactly how they treated me. Staring me down as if I was bothering them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I came to this Starbucks to grab a drink, the girls Isabella, and Kiera and another blonde girl with a K name. They were EXTREMELY rude and judgmental! The girl Isabella ruined my whole experience the look on her face was extremely rude and her attitude was disgusting. Great customer service at this location. Convenient to be in Target. I come here weekly. Drinks are decent and never had a bad experience.
i came into target and i just wanted a quick drink, i had no clue they were closing since they were still serving people. i got into line and there was a lady with short curly hair and she quite literally yelled at me and my friend across the store that they were closing and they can’t serve us. i completely understand if you guys are done serving people, but the way she said it, her tone, and the way she yelled it was very condescending and unprofessional. she could’ve said it way more politely. i also noticed she was rude ... read more
