I like to come here because Paloma and another woman there are very sweet but the last 3 mornings I've tried to come in (between 830 and 930am) they have been closed for an undisclosed amount of time making me either go to another location and be late to where I'm going or not have my coffee. Both options suck. Would love to know why they have been closed literally 3 mornings out of the last week? Started on Mon the 3rd.
Stopped in at Starbucks on my way to class 1 day and the employee Paloma "forgive me if I misspelled it" was super friendly and sweet. Honestly made my day even better not to mention she also made my drink correctly and quickly. Small things go a long way. Also she is so pretty. Definitely visiting this Starbucks again.
I would give the customer at this Starbucks a zero stars if I can. Never experienced bad customer service at Starbucks. This makes me want to never purchase from a Starbucks again. I will never be purchasing from here again. I wish I would of got the guy's name, maybe Nora or something 😕.
They have the nicest baristas. Tonight I went in and this guy was doing the trash. I asked him to wash 🧼 his hands. He wouldn’t. That’s just NASTY! 🤢 🤮
The are using a card scammer as soon as we left we started getting crazy charges and this was the first time we ever used the card 01\27
