I am SUPER UNHAPPY, I honestly feel like you were pissed off that you had to remake my drink and made the 2nd one BY FAR WORSE than the first. I came here a lot. NOT ANYMORE! MY drink tasted like water, and strawberry puree was non existent. It was only myself and 1 other car in the drive thru so you surely didn't do it because you were busy. Just crap, 2 trips of EXPENSIVE WATER.
I called with a question about the outdoor seating and spoke with Jody. She confirmed they were set up and would even go and wipe them off and make sure the seating was ready for people to use. Above and beyond. Thank you so much, Jody!
This location is awful with their portions. Ive had it happen several times. This morning i ordered a Grande hot coffee and they filled it up a little more than half way and the rest was whipped cream. I didn't ask for a $10 cup of whipped cream I asked for coffee. That's the last time i come to this location.
It was ok. I dont usually go to this location and I stopped here because my daughter had an appointment nearby. The guy taking orders was unfriendly. The drive through is poorly set up here and the line of cars was into the parking lot and blocking the parking spaces in the already fairly tight parking lot. Ill stick with the Northside store in the future.
