This location is awful with their portions. Ive had it happen several times. This morning i ordered a Grande hot coffee and they filled it up a little more than half way and the rest was whipped cream. I didn't ask for a $10 cup of whipped cream I asked for coffee. That's the last time i come to this location.
It was ok. I dont usually go to this location and I stopped here because my daughter had an appointment nearby. The guy taking orders was unfriendly. The drive through is poorly set up here and the line of cars was into the parking lot and blocking the parking spaces in the already fairly tight parking lot. Ill stick with the Northside store in the future.
The black hair women that works drive thru in the morning is super unfriendly, and “forgot” to return my gift card until I reminded her. Very sketchy and unwelcoming. No napkins given with breakfast sandwich, utensils, etc. 0/5 stars.
We needed our Starbies this morning. After a really rough night, what we needed even more was Jodie. Her kindness, and smile honestly changed the whole vibe. She made a hard morning feel a little lighter, and that meant everything. 💖
