I received the wrong order and went in to get it replaced. I asked politely and calmly. The first girl who helped was super rude. Squinting at me like I was crazy and was rolling her eyes at me. Another girl took over because she could see how hostile the first girl was being. Thanks to the second barista that was professional. The drive through experience also was dismissive. Definitely could used some training on customer service.
This location charges automatic gratuity without consent. I noticed this while logging my expense report. I know it’s just a dollar but imagine this happening to every customer that comes in… that’s allot of money. Be advised.
(EDIT: I see Starbucks has responded to the review and the reading comprehension issues seem to be part of the company culture here. How is Doordash going to help me make sure your employees make the coffee correctly?) I genuinely don't think the employees here can read because my order is ALWAYS wrong!
