Went to the counter and ordered my drink. No smile no hello. Different person made my drink. Young lady in sweatpants with a scowl on her face. Slides my drink at me at the counter. Never looked up, never said hello despite my attempt to get her attention to thank her. Just slid my drink and walked away like she was being bothered. I recently visited Starbucks and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the customer service. Maria, the staff member who took my order, claimed to have difficulty hearing me and repeatedly asked me to speak up, even when I was already raising my voice. At one point, she even yelled and accused me of trying to make a second order without prior notice, which was not the case.
