Went to order 2 drinks was 6:05pm the young lady working there was sweeping, told me to hold on as she finished and we said okay thats fine, to mind you they dont close til 7pm. we stood there waiting to be helped for one, then told us to make our drinks was gonna take a long time cause she's gotta do some closing stuff first before she helped us. Again doesn't close til 7pm. This starbucks location won't be getting my business anymore after the young lady just didnt wanna work or help us.
very hostile environment surprisingly for a starbucks … motivated me to boycott
I have never seen two baristas move so slow or look so unhappy to be there. There was zero warmth or friendliness and on top of that, they were making drinks out of order as several people who ordered after me in line were served first. Do not walk in to this location I would advise ordering online as she seemed to only be finning online orders for people who weren’t even there for a good 10 minutes.
This used to be the best Starbucks around the area, not anymore. Drinks are subpar, not consistently made to taste. Do mobile orders before in person orders. Waited almost 15 minutes for one drink. Do not recommend coming to this Starbucks, the previous baristas were much better.
Apparently, 7:15 AM is too early to expect a drink to be made correctly. My mistake! Silly me for thinking that was part of the job description. I was handed a Pink Drink with floating chunks of coconut milk (a classic at this point) and apologized while politely asking if it could be mixed better. The barista who made it just shook her head repeatedly like I had personally ruined her morning.
