Just stood at the counter wondering why they wouldn’t take my order. They counted cash in the register, cleaned the counters, but wouldn’t offer any greeting or take my order. Eventually just walked away and bought a Red Bull!
Agreed with Calico. Closed for hours during open hours times. Mobile order scams you. Just like the rest of the casino you get RIPPED OFF
While I had a bad experience over at the arcade area earlier with being shorted winning tickets, I wanted to at least make a good review where it was due. I special ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch normally a frappe but I requested it to be in an iced coffee form instead. The barista said sure and made it for me better than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Just wanted to say thank you for turning my frown into a smile for a moment.
This place closes at random times when they're supposed to still be open, like 3pm on a tuesday, so if you place a mobile order it'll still charge you but they won't make your drink. The app won't let you cancel or put in an issue with the order so you'll lose your money unless you get lucky escalating the problem with starbucks or to your bank.
