just ordered my breakfast from here on uber eats and was really looking forward to my blueberry muffin … much to my suprise when i open my order to see everything but my blueberry muffin , and to make matters worse they send an empty bag where the muffin was supposed to be .
I can not tell you how many times my strawberry açaí refresher is made with lemonade. I literally order this drink at least 5 times a week and this location has to remake it every time. Usually, they are nice about it, but grumpy pants was working tonight. The one he remade me was really weak and he didn’t put fruit in it. Changing my regular location after this.

*Update* Went in to get another coffee. The manger recognized my name, apologized and gave me a free cold brew. Thanks for making things right! * Drove to Starbucks from way out in the country with 100 stars knowing I wanted iced coffee as my free drink. They were out of iced coffee, which was fine. I said, “Since you’re out of iced coffee can I have cold brew for the 100 stars?” The guy said no. I was pretty shocked honestly.
