this one worker (her name is haley) here has given me empty bags on multiple occasions and doesn't make an attempt to fix the mistake. she also has messed up my drink (I ordered a chai and was given a matcha) and rolled her eyes when I went up and explained the situation. I went again today and they gave me the wrong drink again. I've noticed it's always the same worker and she seems to be working almost always.
It’s annoying and disappointing that the workers here always turn off the machines 10-15 min early. If you close at 3pm that doesn’t mean start turning off machines so you can be out @3 for your own convenience.
It’s DISAPPOINTING that this Starbucks doesn’t scan unless you have the Starbucks card, also I tried to request my coffee in advance to pick up and I was not able as you have to have the Starbucks card, this is a TRAP and remove all the benefits/ easiness to request in Starbucks… if I’m not receiving my rewards and have to go through huge lines I prefer to go to another place! Starbucks you could do better!
