An incredibly disappointing Starbucks experience. They are usually out of the food you want, and if they have it, it usually isn’t warmed up enough. You will always have to wait 10 minutes for a black coffee, unless you want a lukewarm black coffee, and the workers are pretty rude and seem annoyed to be serving you.
I ordered a double berry matcha for $7. I know it wasn't shown on the menu list, but she told me they could do it. It took so long several people that ordered after me got their drinks before me. They used lavender foam & the strawberry syrup was so strong and sour. It tasted more like a bad refresher, not like matcha at all! I wish got a new drink but I had to go to class.
Sadly, it was incredibly slow and not friendly.
