This is ridiculous this is the longest I’ve ever wait in a Starbucks ever. I have been waiting here for over 30 minutes I have went up the employees twice and asked them how much longer and they keep saying just give us a moment sir. It has literally been 30 minutes. This place is bad customer service it smells bad they talk bad about you the drinks or not good never go to this I Starbucks I’m going to get the manager I cold and fired them never ever going there again
I come from Crossroads to this location! They have the BEST customer service here! I have been to MANY and by far its worth the 30 min drive for my $8 coffee. I want and deserve the best customer service and experience if I am going to pay this kind of money for a frapp. Sorry but it's the truth! The one's by my house are awful!!!!! They told me I couldn't smoke in the drive through (vape) They charged $5.04 JUST for vanilla creamer to be added to my drink, they've kicked people out 12 min before 8 because they close at 8pm ... read more
Got side-eyed for asking them to correct my drink in the drive thru ? 💀 The correct drink tasted great, and I actually felt bad asking them to fix it — until the dude very clearly complained about it to his coworker after I was handed a completely incorrect drink. So my first visit here I was made uncomfortable the whole time by an overall lack of professionalism, and received unnecessary attitude from some chick who clearly chose the wrong job.
