Unfortunately, I could not get what I asked for even when I tried to correct the person at the register. I was going to that location since 2011, but my friend is lactose intolerant, so he needed a coffee with a splash of steamed milk and white mocha flavor. She was dead set on giving me a latte, which has mostly milk... I tried to correct her, but after she told me I couldn't order a coffee, that way, she gave me a latte.

This is why I stopped going to Starbucks. $6.06 for this is a waste of money.

Manager went off in a rage! Avoid this place! On 1/9/25 at night, we went to this location. they forgot part of our order, we reminded them, and manager went off!! She yelled at us from across the dining room "get off my floor! You're like 5 year-olds! We didn't forget your order! Go sit down!" We didn't say anything to her in response, but then she came b ack and said "You know what you need to leave my store or I'll call the cops!" My response was go ahead and call the cops!
