This starbucks is typically great and I've never had an issue in the years I've come here, but the last 2 months, their drive thru has been running horrible. This is a frequent issue where I have been the only car when I arrive, my order will ne taken, 2 people came after me. Their orders get taken, I pay for my drink. 2 more people come and their orders are taken, drive thru is now backed up and no more orders can be taken...my drink sits on the counter for 5 minutes or isnt even started until 5 other cards got their orders... read more
