Started my order with a Venti Ice Water and was told “only our paying customers can take advantage of the complimentary ice water.” 😂 How rude of you to assume I wasn’t getting coffee for my entire workplace. Don’t worry. I got your little coffee for myself and went to Caribou for the rest. Starbucks sure has changed. Shame. Feel free to copy and paste your irritating, unhelpful response to this, but reaching out to corporate won’t do us any good. Management needs to actually respond to us, and change. Get it together.
I’ve been to this store a bunch and lately they keep forgetting the chai in my chai latte so all I have been getting is an espresso shot in milk…..disgusting!
If you order ahead, make sure it's at least 30 minutes out from when you want your drink...I'm not exaggerating. The last 2 times I ordered ahead, my order took 40 minutes to be ready! Very disorganized store if you order ahead or go in. Make sure you only use the drive thru at this location. Also, haven't been there in over a month since they got rid of the old chai...they have to be losing business by now...bring back the old chai!
First I want to give out cousin Kim ( no she's not my real cousin but the human race is all family to me) I ordered matcha lavender drink this morning that I thought I said out but came out as a child drink.. Kim created me at the window and had my drink remade with a smile and a " no problem " it may be a little gesture to some but to me whose been in and out of the hospital with a sick child it, and the stress that comes along with it, it meant the world.. so often we forget that people are fighting silent battles everyday... read more
