As I was shopping at Publix I grabbed a Starbucks mocha coffee, after checking out. I forgot to get a cup of ice from Publix, however when I asked the Starbucks associate Natalia she declined to serve me a cup of ice for their product I just purchased at Publix . very unprofessional for a company sharing the same address as Publix. Keyondra and Natalia provided excellent customer service. However, the third girl is a problem. I walked up to order and she looked past me. I had to look behind me to see what she was looking at. She barely mumbled hello and then looked at me annoyed. WHO IS TRAINING THESE PPL? I asked Keyondra to take my order and make it, which she pleasantly obliged. Natalia offered pleasant service without acting annoyed and stank. Someone is going to jump across the counter at this Publix Starbucks one of these days. Lol
Overwhelmed, underqualified.
Terrible service by Keyondra. Horrible attitude and when asked for a coffee she said she didn’t want to do it because she was in training. Terrible service, she should be fired.
