I ordered two drinks from the Starbucks app. The app took my order, and took my money. When I got to the counter, I was informed they didn't have the correct ingredients to make my drinks. No problem, I said, I'll just take a refund and go to the good Starbucks down the street. Nope. No can do. No refund. The young man working was very kind and tried to make things right.
