I had originally posted a negative review about an incorrect order at this location. I decided to change my review only because they reached out and helped resolve the issue. Can't ask for anything more, I appreciate them for that
Employees seem very grumpy. Every time I come here they make my order wrong but all the other Starbucks locations can get it right. I had her remake my drink because it was too much cream and she made me another one. The exact same way taste your water down and like straight cream. Couldn't even taste coffee. Bad customer service and bad baristas
