management replace a few folks at this location. Slow, poor attitude and I said thank you and the girl just walks away and says nothing... Thats called "Bad for business"
Took 15 minutes to order and receive a plain coffee and tea. Huge line in back of me. When I carried drinks away, top flipped off and drinks spilled. Cover not correct for the cup. Drink OK, but too frustrating to enjoy.
