Ive given this one quite a few chances since its newer. But at this point Ive wasted too much money. I have not ever received a drink made properly. They do not seem to read the labels...its been as simple as add cream and no whipped cream, and I get it the drink back totally backwards. Over and over again. Its frustrating when the drinks are $6.
Poor service. Took 5 minutes to order a green tea lemonade because the barista couldn't understand what I wanted. Entered the order almost correctly. Then gave me something different.
Came here twice in one week. Both times I ordered a chai one hot, one iced. It tasted like plain water and milk. Unfortunately I was on my way both times to work and didn’t have time to turn around and get a new one. After the second time this happened, I’m not going back. Super bummed I was happy to have a Starbucks close by.
Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and be met with insufferable attitudes everytime.
I drove 15 minutes and the app said they close at 7 and it was 6:30 the employees were also rude so mad never again
