DRIVE THROUGH TOOK OVER 25 mins for 2 da switches and a coffee!!!! What on earth
May 11, 2025 - waiting in drive-thru 43 minutes - justification from server: (1) short staffed; (2) Mother’s Day crowd; and, (3) church crowd. Coffee luke warm and sandwich was cold - didn't wish to prolong the experience further. Manager (or corporate) at this location should have planned/anticipated this level of customer activity/volume and assigned more resources. I appreciate the work and stressful conditions SB staff endure. Collectively - do better!
