Worst experience ever. Starbucks is normally known for their friendly and helpful staff, so this completely caught me off guard. I normally go to the Starbucks in university hills (who made this Starbucks look like an abandoned building that’s falling apart) but I decided to try the one next to my work during lunch and I will NEVER go back. This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, customer service was horrible I got my order wrong twice and got my drink without my lid on.
