This has to be the worst Starbucks out there. 30 to 45 min wait on coffee. Employees have taken over and patients are the ones that have to wait. Emailed district manager. There is no reason a person has to 45 mins for a coffee because a group of nurses or staff flood the area.
This location has sadly been closed all week. Even before this week with them closing, I’ve had a bad experience with a barista saying that “I can’t afford it” to another barista when asking to just change the size of my drink due to the price difference. Thank god for the Tim Hortons in the green part of Riverside for saving the day!
I walked up to the counter to order. There were 5 people working behind the counter. I was rudely told it would be at least 35 minutes for 1 coffee. There were no other customers around. I was told it was because of online orders. I walked away and had my sister order it on her phone. My order was ready in under 10 minutes. How absolutely ridiculous. She just didn't want to be bothered to have to take my order. Customer is right in front of you but you make them leave and order on phone. Horrible customer service!
Oh! Starbucks. How we have missed you. The current ones I drive by each day are closed because of the strike. I especially miss your carmel macchiato, Vanilla Bean Chai Latte, lemon loaf, and grilled cheese sandwich. My daughter and I recently had some kettle chips from your shop. Delicious!
