I walked up to the counter to order. There were 5 people working behind the counter. I was rudely told it would be at least 35 minutes for 1 coffee. There were no other customers around. I was told it was because of online orders. I walked away and had my sister order it on her phone. My order was ready in under 10 minutes. How absolutely ridiculous. She just didn't want to be bothered to have to take my order. Customer is right in front of you but you make them leave and order on phone. Horrible customer service!
Oh! Starbucks. How we have missed you. The current ones I drive by each day are closed because of the strike. I especially miss your carmel macchiato, Vanilla Bean Chai Latte, lemon loaf, and grilled cheese sandwich. My daughter and I recently had some kettle chips from your shop. Delicious!

Terrible service. They always close early. Never staffed enough for the volume of orders. If you stop here before clocking into work, you’re gonna be late. The simplest order will take 20 minutes. Today, I tried to go grab a coffee at 11:30am, only to be met with the gate already closed for “cleaning”. They weren’t supposed to close until noon. If I could rate this location zero stars I would. We arrived at 11:47a.m. and they close at noon. They pulled the metal gate as we walked up. Our family member on the cancer floor loves their drinks and would have liked one. They would NOT MAKE the drinks because the blender was in the kitchen already. How pathetic of customer service this location is providing. A company should provide all services until stated close times. How difficult would it be to clean a blender again?
