They start shutting their machines down early so they can get a head start on cleaning them and leave at the exact time they close instead of waiting till closing like they’re supposed to and I was denied my order and wasted my time coming there. this happened July 11th 2025
They give you more ice than the drink, literally happens all the time. It’s like I’m paying for ice at this point.
Horrible people there. Unfortunately I had to pee before buying coffee. Amy the employee was horrible telling me to first purchase something I told her that I’m a prostate cancer patient and cannot wait or hold it in. She had zero empathy. A real disaster of a place. Will never go there again. Amy has no clue how to treat the elderly. SHAME on you
